Return and Exchange Policy
\nIf you are not satisfied with the product, you may return or exchange it within seven (7) days of receiving it, provided that the product is in its original condition, with all accessories and packaging intact and unopened, as outlined in the exceptions below.

Return, exchange, or cancellation requests will only be processed upon presenting a valid purchase invoice showing the items purchased from the official Skkah store, and must be submitted within one month from the purchase date.

The store reserves the right to cancel any order if the requested product is out of stock.

Orders purchased on sale, with promotional offers, or using discount codes cannot be canceled, exchanged, or refunded.

For GCC (Gulf) orders, once the shipment has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

Paper or plastic-based products are break-resistant but not unbreakable; any damage caused by misuse will not qualify for a return or exchange.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

Our partner shipping companies will deliver your order either to your doorstep, a central pickup point designated by the shipping company, or the nearest branch in your city. For customers living in rural areas, delivery will be made to the nearest city branch.

The shipping company will attempt to contact you to arrange the delivery. Failure to respond will result in your shipment being sent to the nearest branch for pickup. The shipping company is not obligated to attempt delivery again if you do not respond on the scheduled day.

\nSkkah holds no responsibility for non-delivery due to customer non-responsiveness. Any additional delivery attempts may incur extra fees from the shipping company. \n - \n
The customer is responsible for entering the correct delivery address. In case of an error, responsibility lies solely with the customer.

\nCancellations can only be made before a tracking number is issued by the shipping company. Once a tracking number is issued, the order cannot be canceled.
\nCancellation requests must be sent via email during official working hours (Sunday–Thursday, 9 AM – 6 PM). \n - \n
Once the order has been shipped, the customer must contact the shipping company directly using the provided tracking number.

\nPlease ensure that your phone number and address are entered correctly, as the website is not responsible for incorrect delivery details. \n

Important Notice – Failure to Receive an Order
\nIf the customer refuses or fails to receive the order, or if the provided contact or address information is incorrect, and the order is returned to our warehouse, the customer will bear the return shipping costs charged by the courier.
\nIf the customer wishes to have the order resent, they must pay:

Please note that courier companies may dispose of unclaimed shipments after the specified holding period without prior notice.

If the order was prepaid and returned to our warehouse, the customer may either:

Request reshipment by paying the additional shipping and preparation costs within two months from the original order date.

If a return is due to a manufacturer defect, damage during delivery, or wrong item shipped, no additional shipping fees will be charged.

\n(Please attach a video or photo showing the defect, along with your invoice from the website or store for verification.) \n - \n
Requests for return or exchange must be made within two (2) days of receiving the order.

\nAfter this period, no requests will be accepted. \n - \n
Return or exchange does not apply to promotional items, bundles, or discounted products.

For returns due to personal reasons (change of mind or product preference), a SAR 25 return shipping fee will be charged to the customer.

For exchanges, a SAR 25 reshipping fee will be added in addition to the original shipping cost.

Returned items must be in their original, unopened packaging, free from any damage or scratches.

Products damaged due to misuse will not be eligible for return.

If the company approves a compensation based on policy terms, it will be granted only once per customer.

The company reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions. Such products will be returned to the customer, who must cover both-way shipping fees.

If a customer cancels an order before it leaves the warehouse, a SAR 10 administrative fee applies.

\nIf the order has already been shipped, full shipping costs plus the administrative fee will be deducted.
\nPayment processing fees (Visa, MasterCard, Mada, etc.) are non-refundable in both cases. \n - \n
Shipping and COD service fees are non-refundable in all return or exchange cases.

Shipping fees are non-refundable if delays occur due to the shipping company, whether the delivery is to a branch or direct to the recipient.
